[That's about all he can manage right now. His right arm is broken, his ribs feel like their in pieces, and he's got one hell of a concussion. The guy is feeling like shit shat twice.

For now he's just gonna hole up in the kitchen and hide.]

[Sycora is first at the doors and she pushes it open, a short staff in hand and filter mask over her mouth. The sight of broken-and-bloodied Riah gets her attention first, but then she looks to Abeni.]

If he's turning, better to kill him now.

[Now that gets her attention. Abeni moves to put herself between Zachariah and Sycora.]

He's not bit, he's hurt.

[And if he is bit, she'll be the one to take him down, not anyone else.]

[That gets his attention too and his eyes bug out of his head, although there's really nothing he can do about it. He can barely stand as it is.

He looks to Abeni and then back at Sycora. Scared? Just a little.]

[Sycora looks between Abeni and Riah for just a few seconds more, and then she nods her head back toward the inner barracks.]

Bring him in.

[And she steps back to hold the door. If Riah is infected, they'll know soon enough.]

[Don't mind Riah as he breathes a sigh of relief, and then immediately winces for doing so. At least he gets to live a little longer, but now even he's paranoid that he might be infected.]
